Top Maps and Navigation Apps on Android in Spain: Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the Maps and Navigation category on the Android platform in Spain showcased dynamic trends across the top five applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated varied patterns in weekly downloads and active users.

Uber - Request a ride maintained a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 40K in mid-June. Active users also showed a notable upward trend, rising from around 1M at the beginning of April to over 1.2M by the end of June.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced consistent growth in downloads, with numbers climbing from 25K to over 33K by the end of the quarter. Active users saw a similar upward trajectory, starting at 1.15M and reaching over 1.42M in June.

Cabify showed a significant increase in downloads, particularly in June, where numbers rose from 14K to over 25K. Active user trends mirrored this growth, with numbers escalating from 450K to around 600K by late June.

Moovit: Your Transit Tracker had a steady rise in downloads, culminating at nearly 20K by the end of the quarter. Revenue trends saw an increase, with weekly figures climbing from $83 to approximately $863. Active users fluctuated slightly but ended the quarter with a slight increase to over 670K.

Lastly, Bolt: Request a Ride maintained a stable download rate, with peaks in late June at about 15K. Active users showed a gradual increase, concluding the quarter at around 358K.
